ExactET Systems Inc. strives to incorporate environmental awareness into all aspects of its business, from using recycled paper products and 'green' power to aggressively promoting water conservation through the company's primary focus – the conversion of Albertan urban automated irrigation systems to ultra-modern climate controlled systems.

Climate controlled irrigation systems monitor and use weather information to automatically apply the optimum amount of water on landscapes exactly when it is needed. These systems have been proven to cut outdoor potable water usage by as much as 60 per cent.

Other environmental benefits of climate controlled irrigation include:
