ExactET Represented at World Water Conference

More than 1,000 people from 42 U.S. states and 12 nations recently attended the WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas.

Our own Chief Operating Officer Darren Kovacs represented us and was an active participant in many of the discussions.

The conference brought together water professionals and others concerned with urban water efficiency. It addressed every aspect of water usage, from bottled water to high efficiency water fixtures, and to the topic that most interests us at ExactET Systems Inc. – outdoor water usage and its connection with climate controlled irrigation.

“What we learned from the conference,” said Kovaks, “is that ExactET is very much in the forefront of efficient outdoor water management.

“In terms of SMART irrigation controllers, the conference confirmed much of what we already know and are already putting into practise up here in Canada. That is, by using accurate and reliable ET weather information and properly programming these SMART controllers for site (landscape) conditions is fundamental to efficient outdoor water management.”
