We won. We Won. We won.
ExactET Systems Inc. recently received a coveted Calgary Residential Rental Association award for customer service.
To say we are delighted is an understatement.
The CRRA is a major player in Calgary's property management industry and to be recognized by them is a major feather in our cap.
On a more sombre note, city officials have warned of dramatic increases in water rates to pay for the costly treatment plants they have built and upgraded.
The debate among aldermen is expected to be long and heated. But one thing is certain … the days of cheap water in Calgary are over.
It's an issue that all of us should be watching very closely.
